An informative FREE 30 minute webinar – When “Powers of Attorney” are just NOT an option due to lack of capacity to create them, “Adult Guardianship” is often the solution to caring for our loved ones who need help.
Learning about what “Adult Guardianship” is, how it is used, and how it can be obtained is vital information for parents of teens with a developmental disability who are transitioning to adulthood, and vital information for caregivers who are stepping in to help their incapable adult loved ones who did not create a power of attorney before becoming incapable.
